In order to better help our readers, we have started a FAQ section. Some of you arrive here through a Google search and don’t realize that we have answered these questions a lot of times. We try to help and try to answer the questions you ask in Comments and Contact Us as soon as we can, but this will help all of us and you can get your answers instantly. 🙂 We will be adding more questions in the next few days and will keep updating, so stay tuned and bookmark the page. There is a link at the very top of the page, and also in the sidebar. Let us know what you think. Does this help?

    I know I can have a Advo shake for Breakfast, but can I use it for dinner? I am not able to do it at Breakfast time but it is my “treat” for dinner. Is this ok on the 10 day cleanse?

      Our team does not use the shakes for the cleanse since we avoid dairy.

    This is my frist day on the 24 day challenge and I forgot my fiber drink at home….is it going to make a huge difference if it’s skipped (by accident)

    I have the booklet that comes with your order and I thought it only stated 1 Catalyst – So I only took one in the morning and one at lunch – Should I take 4 before bed? The instruction book that comes with your order is VERY different than the one listed on here! VERY Confusing!

      Take 3 catalyst twice a day on empty stomach half hour BEFORE breakfast and BEFORE lunch.

      You can do the cleanse every 90 days. You can do Phase 2 every day you are not doing the cleanse. Healthy way to eat!

    I just finished day 5 of the cleanse and I have gained 2.5 lbs and it has become somewhat difficult to go to the bathroom. I am drinking plenty of water. Is this at all common? Should I stop the cleanse or is there something else I can do along with the cleanse to help with this problem? Thanks.

    on day 5 of my cleanse i cheated=( i ate a sandwich with white bread ham and cheese…i had a moment of weakness… kept on track after that but is that gonna ruin my cleanse?

    Day 1 of Challenge. Should I take 3 Catalyst in morning, or 1 (totaling 3 for the day) before each meal? OR is the intent to take 3 tablets before each meal?

      Take 3 capsules half hour before a meal on empty stomach twice a day (usually before breakfast and lunch).

    Good morning!! ughh its been a day already.. I am on my first day of the cleanse and of course I forget (running late for work and forgot to bring it with me) to take the fiber drink and herbal cleanse. Can I take it at lunch?

    I was wondering if the water in my two daily spark drinks go towards my total needed consumption of water for the day or is it in addition to the water I drink?

    I am starting the 24 day challenge in a few days and was just wondering if tea was ok to drink thru out the whole 24 days and if i take the omega plex pills for the whole 24 days also

        i asked if green tea was ok to drink during the cleanse and if i take the omega plex pill everyday through out the 24 day challenge? Also i am on day three of the cleanse and have been getting naseaous and bad headaches…any suggestions?

          Adding green tea could be a problem since there is already caffeine. Are you following these instructions? Be sure you are eating and drinking enough water.

          Stick to Spark and water for best results. If you want to add tea, only use decaffeinated.

    Starting the cleanse tomorrow. I’ve been having a glass of lemon/cayenne pepper water every morning when I wake up. Can I continue this 10 minutes or so before starting the daily routine?

    I am in day 3 of the 10 day. I didn’t realize that on day one I forgot to have the fiber drink with my Spark. Should I just continue on or start from day 2 and make that my day 1?

    Hi I just started my first day on the cleans and I am terribly bloated. Like redicoulsly. is this normal for the first day from all the water? and when does this go away. also i feel like im gaining weight from it. but its only the first day. any suggestions? thanks!

    I’m on Day 15 of the 24 day Challenge and I am seeing no results. After the 10-day cleanse, I lost 3 pounds and no inches. I felt my pants were very tight today so I weighed myself and I gained 2 pounds! Why is this happening?? I have stuck to the instructions extremely thoroughly and have not cheated at all.

    some suggestions on adding flavor to make the shakes easier to get down. I only ordered the vanilla shakes thought maybe someone found something to mix with this to up scale the flavor… I have lot 9 pounds and just finished the cleanse..

    hi! i just recently started this, and i have a few questions 🙂
    i am on the cleanse now, and it’s getting quite repetitive what to eat! any suggestions what else i could eat?!
    also, after the 10 day cleanse (step 2) what all do i eat?! i have the recipe book…can i use that both for lunch and dinner? i’m just a bit confused with the breakfast and snacks too for step two.

    During the cleanse I became constipated. I followed the instructions to the letter and I would have thought I would have the opposite problem. Is this normal?

    I just finished day 10 of herbal cleanse and continuing the 24 day challenge tomorrow. Since day 4 I have had rotten egg smelly gas and tons of bloating. I think it might have something to do with how my body reacts to probiotics. Is this normal? Why is my body reacting this way? I’ve follow the instructions correctly and have eat everything right.

      No soup, and no miso. Miso soup is high in carbs (and sugar), and ridiculously high in sodium.

    I’m on day two of the cleanse. Everything is fine except for an excruciating headache. I am using Spark and water, but I think it is from caffeine withdrawal. I work everyday, so I can’t just rest. Should I have a cup of coffee or take some Advil? It is very painful!

      Be sure you are drinking enough water. You can have 2 (some people have 3) Sparks a day.

    I have had diarrhea every day since starting the MNS Max 3 pack during my 24-day challenge. I have followed the plan exactly and have only been eating allowed foods. What could be the problem?

      Are you following these instructions? are you taking the packets at proper time (some are half hour before meal, and some are with meal only).

    I see diff plans on the cleanse part I’ve been taking the 5 meal a day plan protein veg n carbs on meals 1,3,5 and snack in between a fruit n healthy fat is this correct? And r whole wheat tortillas okay during cleansing phase?

    Hi, I started the cleanse phase and I’ve been doing everything correct except for the fiber drink. I thought it would be easier to pre blend them all with bananas but it’s REALLY thick, how would I do without the fiber drink in the challenge?

      THe fiber drink is to be mixed with water only and half before eating breakfast. Mix well with water and chug it so it gets thick.

    Starting the cleanse tomorrow and I was told to use a vinaigrette when I eat salads. Any suggestions on what I should buy or make?

    Also, when eating chicken, can I buy those precooked pre sliced grilled chicken strips at the store to place on salads?

      Use plain vinegar and a little olive oil or Walden Farms vinaigrette. Look at the package of chicken to be sure not terrible high in sodium, and no added sugar, and you should be fine.

      If the supplements are taken at correct time, and you are eating and drinking enough, you should be fine. Be sure when it says to take on empty stomach, you do, and when it says to take with food, you do.
